How can I pay for my item?

We accept all major credit and debit cards from customers domestically and internationally including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept Apple Pay.

Do you save my payment card information?

No, we never store your payment card information.


How do I know if an item is available?

Items that are available for shipment can be selected and added to your cart.


Can I change an order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes you'd like to make. The best way to do that is to contact our service team as soon as you can at this link.


How do I activate a promo code?

Coupon and discount codes can be used on the checkout page prior to processing payment. 


Do you offer returns?

We will accept any unworn items purchased from our store. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us and we will do everything in our power to make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience.


How will I receive my refund?

If we have yet to ship your order, we will process refunds immediately. If you are returning an item, we will process the refund when we receive the item in our offices.  All funds will be returned to the credit card used during the checkout process.
